This is a quick fix pudding that you can knock together in just 45 seconds. It’s a nice little recipe to have up your sleeve and a great recipe to rustle up with no notice!
I N G R E D I E N T S
1 scoop good-quality vanilla ice cream (or try making your own with our recipe here.)
1 shot good-quality hot espresso
1-2 amaretti biscuits
M E T H O D
You can use cups, glasses or little bowls to make this pud.
Start with a scoop of ice cream and pour over the shot of espresso.
Crush your amaretti biscuits to break them up, then scatter the pieces over the top of each affogato and tuck in!
