Cocktail O’Clock

This year at Port Eliot Festival we've added a pop-up Sipsmith bar to our 'hush and friends' area, so we asked the gin connoisseurs for two festival-inspired cocktail recipes to recreate at home.

Choose between their infamous Red Snapper, a Bloody Mary style cocktail made using gin instead of vodka, or their zesty London Cup concoction - ideal for summer sundowers al fresco...


Sipsmith Red Snapper 

I N G R E D I E N T S

50ml Sipsmith London Dry Gin
Juice of 1/4 lemon
6 dashes Worcestershire sauce
3 dashes Tabasco sauce
Tomato juice
Celery salt
Freshly ground black pepper

M E T H O D 

Fill a highball with ice and add all of the ingredients.

Stir to blend with a bar spoon before garnishing with the pepper, a sprinkling of celery salt, and either a slice of lemon or a stick of celery - your preference. 



Sipsmith London Cup

I N G R E D I E N T S

50 ml London Cup
Lemonade
Lemon wedge to garnish

M E T H O D 

Add 50ml of London Cup to a large ice-filled wine glass.

Top with lemonade and garnish with a simple lemon wedge.
