Liquorice Allsorts Pompoms

A childhood favourite, blogger and craft queen Christine Leech from Sew Yeah! is making all kinds of cute and colourful pompom's cool again. And her delicious Liquorice Allsorts pompoms are a great weekend or summer holiday DIY idea...

"Liquorice Allsorts are in my Top Five Sweets Of All Time. The yellow or pink coconut rolls are my faves. Guess what?! You can buy packets of just those ones. They should be called Liquorice Sorts."

You will need:
DK-weight acrylic yarn in the following colours: white, black, fondant, citron, walnut and aster
3
3.5cm (1 ⅜ in) and
5.5cm (2 ⅛ in) diameter pompom makers
Scissors

Top Tip: To make the nasty blue one (the one that gets left in the packet until you are desperate for something to eat) wind three shades of blue yarn together across
a 3.5cm (1 ⅜in) maker.
