Honey & Fennel Seed Pigs in Blankets

Pigs in Blankets with Honey & Fennel Seeds

Serves 20

I N G R E D I E N T S 

20 cocktail sausages
10 rashers of smoked streaky bacon, cut in half
1 tsp fennel seeds
A drizzle of honey

M E T H O D 

Preheat your oven to 180c.

Wrap each cocktail in a strip of bacon and lay, cut side down, on a baking tray. Bake for 20 minutes until the sausages and bacon are starting to brown. Sprinkle over the fennel seeds and honey and bake for another 10-15 minutes until they are cooked through and sizzling all over.

Serve your pigs in blankets warm with pretty cocktail skewers!
