For four glorious days this summer, we made our festival debut at Port Eliot Festival in South East Cornwall, creating our very own hush and friends 'chill out' area for festival goers - complete with a starry garden and meter wide disco ball rotating star!
Friendship is a big part of who we are - and that’s why we invited our friends to help us give you and your friends a brilliant festival experience. We hosted a plethora of workshops, fabulous fashion talks and daily competitions over the magical festival weekend - with brands like DiscoBarre, Sipsmith, Bumble & Bumble and Yurtel (to name but a few!) all playing a part in bringing the venue to life.
It was a truly unforgettable weekend, and although it's all over for another year, we'd like to say a massive thank you to all the Port Eliot festival goers who came to visit our tent, it was a pleasure to meet you all!
To banish the festival blues and for those who couldn't make it to this year's festival, here's a peek inside the hush tent and some action shots of our various workshops...
Above: The 100-year-old Rhododendron Garden was transformed into a beautiful starry garden, with lights, stars strung throughout the trees and of course our meter wide disco ball rotating star in the center!
Above: Comfort was number one on the agenda inside the hush & friends tent.
Above: Outside the tent, the hush & friends chill out zone...
Above: We invited everyone who passed through to customise a 3D metallic star and hang it amongst the trees to be entered into our daily prize draw, where four winners recieved an £100 pound voucher!
Our workshop programme was jam packed with cool crafts led by Rosy Nicholas, calligraphy classes from À L'aise founder Susie Dicker, DiscoBarre workouts (make sure to listen to Sophie's amazing eighties-inspired playlist below), gin tasting from the masters at Sipsmith, street style photography sessions with Stylonnylon blogger Julia Rebaudo, fashion talks from "Does my bum look 40 in this?" blogger Kat Farmer and fashion journalist Alyson Walsh, daily film screenings and our hugely popular Pyjama Amnesty!
Thank you to everyone who visited, took part and made the venue such a huge success!
