The Duchess Cocktail
I N G R E D I E N T S
20ml Cherry liquor
20ml Lemon juice
15 ml Sugar syrup
1 Passion fruit
M E T H O D
Combine gin, cherry liquor, lemon juice, sugar syrup and passion fruit in a cocktail shaker.
Fill shaker with ice, cover, and shake vigorously until outside of shaker is very cold, about 20 seconds.
Strain cocktail through a Hawthorne strainer or a slotted spoon into a champagne coupe glass. Garnish with edible flowers.
