We've picked our top series' to watch this month and what we're looking forward to watching this year (with some reprised favourites!)...
As part of Channel 4's 'Walter Presents' collection (Walter is their resident world drama expert!), watching 4 On Demand has never been so exciting. Their first offering is Deutschland 83 - an 8 part thriller about a divided Germany in the 1980's.
It's a coming-of-age story of a young boy who has been forced into becoming a spy for the Stasi in the West of Germany.
Another 'Walter Presents' series which is a must-watch for 2016 is Spin.
Following the killing of the French president in an apparent terrorist attack, PR consultant Simon Kapita plots to prevent the election to the Elysée Palace of a former enemy of both the spin doctor and the slain politician.
War & Peace
A six-part adaptation of War and Peace by the Russian author Leo Tolstoy, the series follows five aristocratic Russian families through the Napoleonic invasion with some major changes ahead.

Here at hush, we have suggested getting stuck into this period drama previously in our Page & Screen reviews and now it's back for it's third series - but don't worry, there's still time to catch up!
The story follows a gang struggling to readjust back into society, set in post-war in Birmingham.
The Good Wife
With series 7 set to hit our screens any minute now, we were left with some serious questions at the end of season 6.
For all those that haven't started watching yet, the story follows Alicia who has gone back to practising law due to her husband, the former state’s attorney, being caught up in a sex scandal and sent to prison for accepting bribes.
Too good to miss, especially if you enjoy a court-room drama!
